Sugar and spice was the 4th wedding dress shop I had tried, I was slowly giving up on finding " the dress" I had previously been told I would only be able to have a certain style, due to my figure, So I slowly gave up hope that I could have the dress I wanted. From the moment I walked into sugar & spice I was made to feel welcome, I wasn't told what style I should pick but was encouraged to try whatever took my fancy, I found around 5 dresses to try on and upon my 3rd dress I fell completely in love. I had such a negative experience in other stores it was such a breath of fresh air to come sugar and spice. Thankyou so much for finding me my dream dress.

Came in last Saturday to try on some bridal gowns. Sugar and spice have vast array of dresses to try and came in many different styles, colours and sizes. The lady whom my appointment was booked with, Rhea, was extremely friendly and helpful. The shop was shut for the appointment too which made it a much more of a special experience.

The experience was first class and one of the dresses we tried will be hard to beat
We went to look at styles of dresses for my future daughter in law today who didn't have a clue what she wanted. We were greeted by Terry who was more than helpful and although we turned up without an appointment, we were able to try on numerous dresses and nothing seemed too much trouble. (Not sure if this is the norm so I'd advice checking first) We didn't feel pressured to buy today even after taking up lots of Terry's time. We received lots of great advice on accessories and would definitely recommend a visit. Although we didn't buy today, the experience was first class and one of the dresses we tried will be hard to beat. I'm sure we' ll be returning.

I cannot fault the service from helping me when feeling deflated trying unsuitable styles, help with accessories, great quality alterations and advice on how to walk, turn etc properly in the dress.
