About Us

Since being established in 1970, Teltone Flooring Co has grown to incorporate both modern and traditional wooden flooring techniques so that our clients can get the luxury flooring they have been dreaming of.

It was Mr. George Gates who first started the business and had been laying flooring solutions since 1952. His son, Terry Gates took over the business in 1979 and has successfully continued to grow the company and create the enviable reputation we still hold today.

I first joined Teltone Flooring Co in 1998 as an apprentice ready to learn the trade of wooden flooring laying. I worked closely with both George and Terry until 2010 when I took over running the company and keeping up our good reputation. Throughout my time in charge I have been able to maintain successful customer relationships and keep the memory of George and Terry's hard work strong.

The whole team here takes great pride in the services we offer and always put our customer's needs first on any project we work on. Our professional and friendly service is available for both domestic and commercial customers throughout West London and Surrey so that as many people as possible can get the flooring they deserve.
