The company was established over 20 years ago and has maintained a steady growth year on year. Whether its a contract business, small runs or one-off specials, we have a reputation for rapid response times and finished products that look good, fit perfectly and do the job. Recent expansion has brought new machinery on line and we are now one of the best equipped firms of our size in the region. This major investment means we have the latest technology in computer control and all the benefits of speed, accuracy and reliability.

Present Capacity

Our workshop is equipped to handle all types of machining. Present facilities include: CNC Lathes with up to 65mm mag. bar feed, driven tooling and C axis. CNC Lathes with up to 350mm diameter chucking capacity. CNC Milling /Drilling machines with 21 station tool changers. Cad/Cam Programming. Fully automatic bandsaw up to 250mm. Surface grinding - 1 metre length and up to 300mm width. Press work and all general engineering applications. We offer top quality C.N.C. machining and general engineering to full ISO 9002 standards in a broad range of metals and plastics. Using the most up to date computer controlled lathes, drills and milling machines we can produce single items or batches of custom made parts for an unlimited range of applications. Whatever your requirements in precision made components, we have the essential skills and tools to design and machine them for you. We also have in house CAD/CAM programming facilities and can readily import customers' existing designs.
