Providing a high quality output has always been our top priority, since 1989 when Freshlook began. Our strict quality control and comprehensive traceability system is maintained throughout every workshop operation.

Our experience of prototype, development and production plays a big part in our success. Knowledge of design and engineering, combined with leading laser technology and workshop machinery allows us to provide our customers with reliability and versatility at the right price.

Our laser machinery gives us tremendous cutting capability and precision. Components of up to 2600 x 1300mm in size can be cut with a thickness of up to 25mm.

Machinery is computer networked directly to our design and programming studio giving us flexibility and speed in both design and production processes enabling a rapid turnaround. Our workshop boasts state-of-the-art folding machinery with the latest addition being the LVD PPEB Press Brake.
Complex components are now easily produced to a high degree of accuracy and repeatability. Each component is programmed and saved using the internal computer which can then be networked to our design studio.

As well as producing work for multi-national companies, we also work to single designer requirements. Our willingness to listen to design ideas, combined with our knowledge and experience of the manufacturing process, enables us to innovate at every stage of the design process from concept to realisation. Many of the products that we sell are easily modified or adapted to suit personal requirements.

As one of the pioneers of sub-contract laser cutting, we remain at the forefront of the UK laser cutting industry. We offer the latest fabrication facilities along with CNC laser profiling and folding to enable maufacturing with an exceptional finish from a wide range of production materials.
