A regular speaker on BBC Radio on Life Coaching and Counselling issues, I have been Coaching, Counselling and Mentoring young people and adults in the UK and abroad for over thirty five years. The issues I deal with include managing change, relationships, depression, career choices, life balance and self esteem. I work in total confidentiality with no personal agenda helping people take stock of their situation; find new insights; make decisions and move on. I combine my life experience with extensive on-going training in Counselling and Coaching, have a Diploma in Psychosynthesis and Life Coaching and am one of the UK’s leading specialists in the Enneagram. My clients come from all walks of life and include executives and other business professionals, academics, medical workers, young people, couples and single parents.
