(Part Two) After speaking to the manager telling him that I have been delayed two days just to see a van that is full of rubbish and they telling me my stuffs is more than what I distinctively told them that it was, known that this was not the case, its because the van was full to the point not being able to hold not even one of my items. they totally brush it off and wanted me to pay more for a next day pick up.
Big Dissapointment and un proffessinal service
I would not recommend anyone to hire this company for any service. after they contacted me on a removal job I posted, I explained to them that someone else had rang an say they can complete the job already. They ask me what was the price and they can beat any price, I told them the other guy charge me £100, they immediately made an offer to do it for £75, I told them if they can do it that same day because the other guys was saying next week.. they agreed to do it that same day at a certain time. 2 hours after the agreed time, I receive a phone call to say they were sorry and if it was possible to do the job the next day 8:30 in the morning.. again I agreed to their request.the next morning I heard nothing from them until mid afternoon, rang to apologising for not showing up and if it's ok to do it the next day. on the next day they came with a loaded van and then have the nerve to tell me the stuffs I have seems like a van load and they cant charge £75 or do it today! waste of time!
