Mossvale was established in 1988 specifically to operate in the engineering and service Industries and has diversified and grown over time to offer many services in construction and property maintenance.

We have a vast knowledge in all these areas and our specialist in house labour can satisfy the majority of needs without our clients having to look elsewhere.

We continually invest in the very latest technologies and training and have a wide range of technical capabilities.

Based in the centre of Birmingham with resources across the Midlands we are able to serve clients on a local and national basis.

At Mossvale we are extremely focused on customer service and enjoy repeat business from many of our diverse portfolio of existing clients every year.

Inspection of properties to ascertain the state of repair of the electrical installation so a repair program could be planned. 1300 properties have been covered with all code 1 faults being repaired on the day with other inspections such as water immersion heater safety checks also taking place.

A decent homes project where we have repaired 1750 Properties in the Birmingham area. Each property is surveyed and if a periodic inspection is available it is used to build a schedule of work. Repairs range from replacing sockets and switches to replacement of a circuit and upgrade of the property consumer unit to included R.C.D. and R.C.B.O. devices. On completion the installations are fully inspected using N.I.C.E.I.C. documents.
