Profile

Wayne Norcliffe is 47 years old (as at 2013) and has worked in the construction and property industries since leaving school in 1982. Starting off as an apprentice bricklayer and latterly running his own sub-contracting company employing upwards of ten specialist construction operatives.
Wayne returned to study as a mature student, studying a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredited degree in Southampton, obtaining a 2i (HON's) degree and finishing 2nd in his year.
Wayne obtained his Chartered Status in 2000 and has since been working as a practising Chartered Surveyor for various companies, including Countrywide Surveyors, Tyser Greenwood Surveyors, Wolton Surveyors, JE Shepherd Surveyors, HSBC Bank, Bournemouth Borough Council, Southampton City Council, Poole Borough Council and National Car Parks Limited, along with working directly for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as both an Assessor and Home Inspection Trainer over the years.
Wayne decided that working for larger surveying practices was not for him, wanting to focus on client service and ensuring that the client receives the highest levels of service.
"We work hard to provide our clients with a personal service, being available to discuss our reports in detail should a client wish to do so" Wayne states.
Unlike other companies, who may choose to undertake 3 or more surveys per day, we generally do not and as such believe we are best placed to assist our clients by providing a more personal service than some others.
