About Us

Matrix Housing Partnership is a Midlands based development and regeneration partnership which aims to achieve efficiencies in procurement, management and service delivery. Accord, Ashram, Caldmore, Rooftop, Trent and Dove and Trident Housing Associations, each bring their own unique experiences and expertise to the partnership, providing a proven track record in areas such as rural and urban renaissance community cohesion and diversity.

The Matrix Housing Partnership is a top quartile performer delivering over £110m of new development. Matrix comprises Accord, Ashram, Caldmore, Rooftop, Trent & Dove and Trident Housing Associations. Together Matrix manages 23,000 homes across the region and allows the partner organisations and their people, residents and service users to benefit from economies of scale, joint working and the sharing of Best Practice and expertise. Matrix also provides development services to others and has its own in-house design team. Together the Matrix partners employ 1,600 people, have assets of more than £1b and a combined turnover of £100m. Matrix was formed in 2004.

Matrix seeks to inform the debate around the future of housing and communities and has a growing influence on the local, regional and national policy agenda.
The partners work together to provide information and seeking to raise awareness of key issues facing the social housing movement through a joint Matrix PR Group.

Matrix is always happy to engage in public debate and comment and respond to issues on which it can speak with authority.
