Hayes Cottage Nursing Home is owned by Ensemble Healthcare Limited. We are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and the registered person is the Registered Manager to whom all comments, questions and suggestions should be directed.

PHILOSOPHY OF THE HOME

Our philosophy is to provide accommodation and care for older persons, the terminally ill and those in need of convalescence and respite care in compliance with the statutory requirements covering the registration of Nursing Homes and in keeping with standards of good practice.

Our aims and objectives are: -

To provide accommodation in comfortable and homely surroundings where the privacy and dignity of residents is respected at all times and they are assisted with their disabilities according to individual needs.

To provide staff who are professionally competent, caring and understanding of the needs of all residents both collectively and individually.

To provide an atmosphere that enhances the quality of life for residents and staff alike.

To recognise and respect the cultural needs of all individuals.

To continue to learn and develop in such a way that it provides an ever-improving service to our residents.

To operate the business in a professional manner and to ensure that the financial considerations never conflict with the ethical requirements of caring.

To monitor nursing and service standards using a robust Quality Assurance programme.

Business Profile

Hayes Cottage has provided health care services to the local Hayes, Harlington and Hillingdon community since 1875. Formerly the Cottage Hospital, the main building has been redeveloped and extended into a modern well-equipped nursing home.
