Our association with our customer do not end when payment is made. We provide a 12 months warranty on all new equipment. We try to ensure our customers satisfaction. Over 30 years of trading is proof of our commitment to quality and service.

Scaleways Scale Maintenance Service provides regular calibration and peace of mind that any breakdowns are dealt with by just a telephone call.

Our technical staff make it their business to know your equipment and we are Scaleways know how important your weighing equipment is to your business. As a contract customer you become a priority.



Calibration of weighing equipment is carried out to ISO9001:2000 standard and Certification is available. All our test weights are traceable to National Standards.
