Had a new roof in 2008. Within 18 months the mortar started loosening. Over the next few years all mortar joints had practically fallen away with many areas of ridge tiles dislodged as a result. Tried to contact K Roofing over issues but they had ceased trading apparently. Renamed a few times since then and set back up. A familiar pattern with unscrupulous 'tradesmen'. Avoid!!
