Very bad service, poor communication, monies taken and service not provided

Marilyn is a crook! She is very quick to take your money and makes no effort to supply the goods that you paid for. She took my money for TWO headstones, only supplied ONE and has ignored many of my emails and messages. Out of the few emails I did actually receive from her, she claims that she "will get onto it" and apologises for the delay. But nothing is actually done. If you do catch her in the office, she requests even more money for "permit fees" and other things she needs to complete the process. Years later, still no headstone or refund. She has her sister working in the office to fob you off and claim that only Marilyn can deal with the situation and that "Marilyn is away on holiday" or "out of the office". No-one every calls you back and you don't receive what you paid for. This is no way to treat grieving families. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
