I gave a full account for what wanted removing & was quoted £80 - had they quoted a higher price I'd have called someone else as that was just about affordable. The guy said he'd come to my home for 12 noon he didn't arrive, I phoned again, to be told that the guy was out on a job & they would ask him to call me when back. I got a call from someone called Robin Johnson who said he'd come at 2.30 pm after eating dinner. He was late saying he'd got lost. In moving junk from a brick built outbuilding he broke a wooden step & door architrave dragging an old washing machine out on my porters trolley, he forgot his. He then demanded £250 I told him I was quoted £80. I feared that if I refused to pay more he'd just dump the stuff on my drive. I've phoned since, he's not going to refund me anything so I'm taking this further it's against the trades descriptions act to quote one price & charge another. Steer well & truly clear of this company unless you don't mind being mugged. Not happy.
