Linda gained her own experience following a serious back injury, which resulted from a simple accident.

Hospitalised for 3 weeks on traction, she then spent nearly two years in a natural recovery process, which led to a complete recovery. During the process she also learned all about the necessity of relaxation and the various techniques to achieve it.

Do not be surprised if you can't remember the latter part of your own sessions. You will feel, relaxed, revitalized and rejuvenated afterwards.
