At Electrical-Deals we buy major manufacturer returns, such as Panasonic, Toshiba, Samsung, Apple, LG and more and refurbish them to graded standard for sale to the public or retailers. The usual reasons for these returns are because they are normally unwanted presents, delivered to the wrong address, packaging damaged/opened meaning it can't be re-sold as new, minor cosmetic blemishes, missing accessories or sometimes because of minor faults.
The small ammount of units with minor faults are then tested, processed, repackaged and offered for sale. Where a repair is required this is done by one of our qualified electronic engineers, using manufacturer provided parts.
Acting as the returns centre and warranty provision agent has enabled our sister company Servicecare to gain the unique skills to ensure the graded products meet exacting standards and are suitable for re-sale. We are an authorised service centre and warranty provider for many leading manufacturers.
We pride ourselves on our level of customer service and our guarantee is backed by the resources of Servicecare, a major electronic repair company, based in Greater Manchester.
All products sold through this website carry a 7 day 'no quibble' returns policy and a 1 year product warranty provided by Servicecare.
