Most PC problems can be solved without even leaving your desk. With our "Remote & Telephone Support" contract for a fixed monthly cost you can phone our helpdesk (in kent) and we will either talk you through the fix or take control of your PC and fix it for you. No call out, no waiting, just had a problem - now it's fixed!
There are different solutions depending on the type of network. From individual remote workers at home to 30 users at the main office.
Kent PCs engineers can even carry out server based administration tasks remotely.
All this starting from just £15 per month for individuals (& remote workers) and even lower cost per PC for the larger office based solution.
