Worst experience ever

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! The worst salon experience ever... I have to say I have been here before, a few times in the past, purely due to it being close to where I live and being able to get a last minute appt but service is always a bit on the rough side and the customer service has always been in need of improvement! Today's experience, however was on a completely different level... Needless to say the manager and her daughter have clearly upped their levels of sheer arrogance and pure greed! I'm not one to leave negative feedback and usually give people a chance thinking businesses are hard to run and maybe they are having a bad day ect but I deeply feel the need to warn anyone vulnerable like myself. Please save your sanity, scalp, self respect and go elsewhere as a session in this salon will leave you needing therapy for many days after. I made an appt with Farrah, the manager over the phone as I have done before and I like to agree the appx price before I go but she convinced me that
