The Aonach Mor Hotel

The Aonach Mor is a delightful family-run hotel with six comfortable en-suite rooms, all with colour TV as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is open throughout the year for short weekend breaks or longer stay holidays, and we offer special prices for children. We welcome walkers to the hotel and offer collection facilities from Gairlochy for hikers on the spectacular Great Glen Way long-distance footpath - and we have drying facilities for clothes and boots.

Fishing is also a local speciality, and we are able to organise fishing expeditions and permits in local rivers and hill lochans for both trout and salmon.

Visitors to the Aonach Mor can dine in our charming restaurant, where we provide breakfast, lunch or dinner, or you can enjoy a more informal meal in the Aonach Mor's well-appointed lounge bar.

Our menu is renowned for its variety and quality. Our beautifully-furnished bedrooms assure you of a peaceful sleep, while the atmospheric lounge bar is popular with the villagers of Spean Bridge, and we pride ourselves on stock of over thirty Malt Whiskies from every area of Scotland ... Highland, Lowland, West Highland, Skye, Speyside and Islay. For that special occasion we can even offer you a forty-year old dram.
