Bad all round service.-Beware.

Requested visit to find and purchase blinds for my bedroom,1 month ago. sales person turned up, measured up and took 50% deposit from me. Blinds arrived,via a fitter approx 3 weeks later. Wrong size, far to long, thus impairing operation of blinds. Complained, fitter remeasured window frame size and reordered new blinds. Not in stock. They had to reorder material. eventually a new date was fixed to refit said new blinds on Tuesday 7th December 2021 at between 3pm and 5pm on this date. At 4pm I telephoned Sillis Blinds to confirm fitter was on his way. I was assured he would be there . The fitter NEVER TURNED UP!! No phone calls or contact from this company to appraise me should there have been any problems and offering an alternative. This company is not to be trusted as it's word means nothing. BEWARE !!
