About Us

We have been established as a driving school for 40 years and we pride ourselves on being the premier driving school in the areas we cover. For many years we have had more top graded instructors in our company than any other driving school in the area. We have friendly office staff on duty to discuss your general driving questions and lesson booking requirements. Our cars are modern and dual-controlled and we choose the cars which are easy to drive and which have good all-round visibility for your comfort. We have a no smoking policy with all our instructors and it is strictly no smoking whilst in the tuition vehicle. Most of our instructors have worked with us for many years, unlike many other driving schools where you may get a different instructor every few weeks. We specialise in advanced driving tuition for both firms and individuals and can tailor packages specifically for your workplace needs.

Pass Plus

Pass Plus gives you valuable extra experience and positive driving skills that would otherwise take a long time to acquire.
Statistics show new drivers make up just 10% of licence holders, but are involved in 29% of all accidents. Don't become a statistic a Pass Plus will make you a safer and better driver. The course is a six hours programme available to anyone who has passed the driving test within one year. It covers driving in town, out of town, in all weathers, at night, on dual-carriageways and on motorways. There is no additional test to take during the Pass Plus course. When your instructor is satisfied with your performance, you receive a certificate from the Driving Standards Agency. The certificate can then be given to your insurance company to receive a discount. Motor insurers that support the scheme will give you a one years no claims bonus for comprehensive, third party fire and theft and third party policies as soon as you insure your own car.

Our Courses

We run two types of courses, the first is a 25 hour course which is ideal for people who have had some experience of driving. Four hours of training per day is the ideal, with a coffee break half way to split the session up. The cost of the course is £500 plus the test fees for manual tuition. The second course is slightly longer at 35 hours. This course is ideal for new drivers. We would recommend that this be spread over at least a two week period, and can be spread even further to suit your requirements. The cost of the course is £700 plus the test fees for manual tuition. With either course we would require a £150 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
