Terrible

Been here since Sunday for my goddaughter s 30th...We paid £7000 for 3 nights...afternoon tea...3 course meal ..and a massage/facial each...afternoon tea what a joke ..just some sandwiches throw on a platter and some thin thin thin slices of a loaf cake...scones where from supermarket....just all left..with 2 bowels 1 with cream 1 with jam...and serve yourself..no cake stands noing...THERE WAST EVEN TEA...WTH rooms very shabby and very dated...carpet very dirty ...and big massive piece of paint missing in my room...its like a hostel... Music system doest work...and again all decor and furniture shabby and really really dated downstairs...the chairs in the bar must be 40 years old... Fire alarm went off early hours Tuesday morning about 3am...no instructions on what to do..noing...the telephone numbers we had to call for emergency no 1 answerd it...we was calling both numbers for a hour..sent messages alsorts...NOING BACK FROM THEM..and we've still not heard back from them
