Trying to get hold of suzeta Russel social worker

Hi I spoke to suzeta on Thursday morning 20th August at 09.30 about where Me and my daughter live I have asked if I could speak to her manager she said he's very busy but promised me and my daughter that she would call us back on Thursday afternoon to let us no what's happening but she didn't I have left lots of voice mails and messages Thursday late afternoon and all day Friday but still nothing back I even called the main number for social services and no one now where she is ? Where bean told verbally that we got to move out Monday 24 August you can see why I need to get hold of her I bean staying in a hotel but since I spoke to her the government have said that homeless people can stay in till the 20th September this is what I was on before that why I think they wanted use to move out on Monday this is why I need to talk to her or her manage a..s.a.p I had nothing in writing and the owner of the hotel has had no email about us so in his eyes he said to me on Friday that don't go
