Appalling Service

Appalling Service. Charged my daughter an extra £36 for their mistake. Fitter came to fit carpet and vinyl flooring, and the pattern of the vinyl had been cut so the pattern was running the wrong way, although it showed it running the correct way on their job sheet. This was supposed to match with the vinyl already fitted in the hallway. When my daughter contacted the shop, she was told that they wouldn't come back out to fit it until she paid an additional £36. We will never use Wilson's Carpets again, and recommend no one else does either. Absolutely disgusting service to a single mum with 3 kids on a budget.
