Went for a consultation the other day for dental treatment and the staff are so lovely, everything so clean & Mike was so lovely very welcoming and was very knowledgeable. Can't wait to be back in a couple of weeks time.
Outstanding Professional and Safe
Outstanding Professional and Safe Practice demonstrated on initiation of my treatment plan yesterday. Alan and his assistant evidenced safe and effective patient care, were objection, genuine and caring in their approach to both the management and administration of the emergency treatment which I needed. Their personal management of the additional 'Covid-19 related PPE' at this time was executed in an extremely positive way and they were able to answer any questions I had. As a practicing health care professional myself - it was truly wonderful to see such quality collaborative working between both him and his assistant. ABSO-BLOODY-LUTLY amazing service. 6 STAR Rating from me !!!
Very welcoming and understanding
After knocking my front teeth out a week before my wedding, I attended Pure Dental in Truro. The reception staff were very welcoming and understanding and found a dentist that was available as soon as possible. Alan was able to see me the next day. He was amazing, very comforting and was really passionate about making my teeth look stunning for my wedding day. To make sure he had done all he could, Alan even asked to see me during his lunch break to make sure he had done the optimal during the limited time he had. My teeth look amazing and I was so happy with the results. I couldn't recommend him and his team enough.

Pure Dental were extremely professional, taking the time to listen to my anxieties and concerns, making me feel comfortable with my decision. Returned to Pure Dental as part of my ongoing treatment, so professional without the pressure to make a decision. It is always challenging to confront the issues relating to ones dental care, but at Pure Dental they make no judgement, just there to support and care to achieve the outcome I desire. I have now had extensive implants bridge work completed and I feel and look 10 years younger. It was a long and sometimes difficult journey but Pure Dental provided care, support and information at every stage of the process.
