About Us:

Riverside has been a boarding kennels and cattery for over 50 years. We acquired Riverside in 1987, and have since totally rebuilt and refurbished the property.

Riverside Country Kennels and Cattery is situated within the Tame Valley, in Woodley, Stockport - just minutes away from the M60 (giving easy access to Manchester Airport) and the M67.

Jim and Lynne Donnelly:

Riverside is a owned by Jim and Lynne Donnelly, who live on site and who have been breeding, showing and judging Great Danes for over 30 years and, with their expert, caring staff, can assure your pets of a safe, secure and comfortable stay - giving you total peace of mind while you travel.

Cattery:

All our catteries have heated beds with attached runs and all have sneeze barriers to protect your pets. They are situated away from the kennels. Bowls and bedding etc are provided by ourselves. All cats must be fully vaccinated with up to date boosters - to have been completed no less than ten days prior to boarding.

Viewing of the cattery is between 1.30pm - 3-30pm every day

Kennels

All our kennels have large individual exercise area plus a sleeping area containing bed with bedding. They are insulated so that they are warm in winter and cool in summer. Kennels are heated in winter. We also have a large exercise yard with toys for your dogs enjoyment. All dogs must be fully vaccinated, including the kennel cough (nasal drops) vaccine, with up to date boosters, to have been administered at least ten days prior to boarding, and a current certificate of vaccination will be required for inspection at each and every time of admission.
