Savrow Uk will provide you a full refund after the first 30 days of purchase if you are not entirely happy with your purchase as long as the plants are undamaged and in as new condition in their original box. The purchaser must pay the return fee for the planter and ensure they have proof of postage. At Savrow uk Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 12 month return to base policy if the product fails as a result of a manufacturing defect, or product defect. If within 12 months from date of purchase you experience a fault with your plant through manufacture defect we will either repair or replace the plant. Any plants returned must be authorised by Savrow Uk Ltd first.
