Our Property Management Department can undertake either full or part renovation of your property. We have a team of experienced builders and tradesmen working with us and we also work in association with and are able to recommend surveyors and architects. All tenancies are subject to satisfactory references and Landlord's approval, and will be almost certainly an Assured Shorthold Tenancy unless a company. Rent is payable in advance, generally monthly and you will also be required to pay a deposit which will be held in our Clients Account under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Once you have found a suitable property and terms have been agreed between yourself and the landlord you will be asked to supply us further information relating to both your status as an individual as well as financial details for referencing purposes. It is worth bearing in mind that we are reliant on receiving satisfactory replies to all the references we have requested and therefore do allow yourself time when thinking about renting a property.
