Tim Burrows and Kevin Banting established Oak Grange in October 2000, Tim and Kevin each have over 30 years experience within the financial sector.

A Happy New Year to all our existing and potential customers/clients (whatever you prefer) It is said only solicitors and tarts have clients!We are still here after all the chaos within the financial sector and in particular the mortgage market. Good advice remains as important as ever.Base rate is still at a record low, if you are currently on your lenders Standard Variable rate enjoy it while you can. We believe we are safe for a few months but perhaps not until the end of the year when it is predicted that rates will begin to rise. Once they do be prepared to move fast as rates go up far more quickly than they come down!There are some excellent fixed rates available - if you would like to discuss your current position with a view to the future give us a call.
