For more than12 years I have offered private or corporate classes, family yoga and yoga events, here in the Home Counties and in Istanbul.
My principal training is as a Kripalu yoga teacher, which develops an approach to yoga and personal growth based on being in the present moment. Prior to teaching I worked creatively in museums and galleries as well as completing training in dance-movement therapy.
