Very dissapointed with this company!! They kept my money with no reason. First time I called Mike, the store manager was lovely giving me quote and asked me to pay a deposit to reserve me a storage unit. After asking if the 10.00 GBP was refundable, he did confirm it was so I gave him my credit card details over the phone. My surprise comes when I want to request a refund and after calling several times, I wasn´t able to reach him. One of his colleagues told me over the phone that they were going to pass him the message and that the refund will be made on the original form of payment which was credit card. So I decided to sent him an email requesting the cancellation and I finally receive a reply asking me for my address to send me a check. I never was told that, then I called to talk to him over the phone and he was very rude. In the end they will keep my 10.00GBP but I'm not happy with the service at all. It's a rip off!!!! This is unnaceptable and very unprofessional.
