We are a company based in the North West, dedicated to providing an excellent quality, bespoke service, to all of our clients.

Cross Construction was established in 1978 by the Managing Director, who started with the purchase and renovation of a single terraced house on Cross Street, Brierfield (hence the name Cross Construction). This house was then let out and is still currently on rent, proving our commitment to providing a well established, reliable, quality service.

Since 1978, more houses were purchased and the property portfolio continues to expand.

Cross Construction is an approved contractor with a variety of local councils, including Pendle Borough Council, Burnley Borough Council and Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. We are also approved contractors with a variety of established housing associations, throughout the North West and have undertaken extensive refurbishment schemes for our private housing sector clients.
