Serving a writ on behalf of Brynmawr Law Ltd (since closed down due to theft and criminal behaviour by the SRA), targeted my elderly father who was suffering from cancer, Pneumonia and COPD. A representative posed as a solicitor, wasted time until they could collect an extra £500. Found out the solicitor wasn't even registered at the Law Society or SRA. Tried to complain but with no legal representation these people can do what they want.
