ALS Label Applicators

ALS label applicators apply self-adhesive labels consistently to products in large quantities, with high accuracy and reliability. Label applicators can be mounted above, to the side and even upside-down, underneath a conveyor, to achieve the best labelling position. They are designed for ease of use, quick change-overs and low maintenance.

Print & Apply Box Labellers

A print and apply labeller automatically prints the required variable information onto a label, such as the product description, expiry dates, batch numbers and barcodes and then applies the label to the product - all in one machine.
Print and Apply labellers are perfect for businesses that have grown and previously printed labels offline and are finding manually applying by hand too laborious. This is the next step for improving production efficiency!

Typical applications are for labelling outer boxes and cartons, where GS1 barcodes (GS1-128) and older ITF-14 barcodes are required to identify collations of products through the supply chain.

The same goes for pallets containing multiple cases, boxes and other packs; the whole pallet needs identifying & tracking with an SSCC code (serial shipping container code) and this is achieved most efficiently with a print and apply pallet labeller.

Whatever type of print and apply labeller you may need, all the machines and labelling software from ALS support all global standards for representing data in text, linear barcode or 2D code format.
