Every child Matters
Chowbent is a voluntary controlled Primary School for the education of boys and girls aged 4 – 11 years. Founded in 1860 by the Unitarian Chapel., the school moved into new premises, which opened in January 2001. Close links are maintained with the Chapel and the Minster is a regular visitor to the school. Pupils perform in the Chapel for the local community At Easter and Christmas.
At Chowbent “Every child Matters” we provide a modern and stimulating work environment, a curriculum and a caring team of teachers and support staff who have the needs of your child at the heart of their work.
