Ashwood Solicitors Limited deal with Immigration & Asylum Law, Housing Law, Employment Law, Family Law, Personal and Business Disputes, Civil Litigation and Personal Injury Law.
Based on the Curry Mile in Manchester, we are a busy and approachable Company who offer friendly legal advice.
We have a very busy immigration department and can assist in all aspects of Immigration and Asylum law, including representation at First Tier Tribunals, as well as Judicial Review Applications.
We also offer Legal Aid in Asylum Law. Please contact our offices for full details.
We also have a Housing department and can assist with rent arrears, evictions, possession proceedings and repair issues. Legal Aid is also available in Housing Law.
Our Personal Injury department are able to advise on road traffic accidents, accidents at work as well as slips and trips.
If you have a dispute with anyone, we are also able to offer advice in relation to Court proceedings and can act for Clients in Court claims. This relates to both Personal and Business Disputes.
Our Employment department are able to offer advice in all aspects of employment law, including representation at an Employment tribunal.
Our family department have knowledge of divorce and ancillary proceedings.
Clients are able to obtain advice by attending our drop-in sessions, either at our offices or weekly advice sessions at Longsight Library or Mustard Tree, all in Manchester. We are hoping to resume these outreach sessions after Covid-19.
