unprofessional management and sales girl I used this store to buy two purchases which cost £4.50, I paid cash with a £20 note Tassistant behind the counter was clearly not paying attention. She gave me 50p change and looked at me strangely when I made polite challenge stating I had given her a £20 note implying I was lying and that I was at fault and not her mistake.The manager opened the till and the assistant recovered my £20 note from her £5 drawer. No apology at all and still insulting insulations continued that I was "on the make" On return of my correct change, I raised the issue is a strong way to ensure the "manager" understood She declared that I could take my issue elsewhere and make formal report, she didn't care. Clearly having no custoimer training between them, the Manager is simply not a manger. shown by her couldn't careless attitude ...eg she's the manager, not going to do anything about it
