In 1969, our Stafford practice first opened its doors to the public. Opened by Jennifer and Peter Mincher-Lockett, this family-run business gained a local reputation for quality care that extended far beyond a simple eye test. Since its humble beginnings in Stafford, the practice has continued to be an important part of the community, and its growing popularity over the space of nearly 50 years has led to multiple expansions to give its patients a greater level of care.

Following the success of the first practice, the Mincher-Lockett's then opened a second in the neighbouring village of Gnosall - further expanding its reputation for quality.
