SCAMMERS / FRAUDS

AVOID AVOID AVOID - they are scammers. Wanted to give them the benefit of doubt thinking it was just an honest mistake but by the looks of it they were fully aware of the fault and how to hide it. We bought a TV off them, fully working order, just a small scratch on the screen. BUT what we didn't notice on the demo test was that all settings ( brightness / colour etc) were at full level hiding a huge screenburn ! I called straight away but they told me to contact warranty. The repairs specialist provided me a report that the screenburn was caused due to over 7600+ hours of usage ! I only had it for a few days now !!!! Providing them the consumer act and my rights they still refuse a refund, Let''s see if they can refuse a Court order...
