Mfit Pilates and Personal Training

Mfit Pilates and Personal Training is operated by Emma Henshaw, who is a YMCA Advanced Instructor and Personal Trainer, CYQ Level 3 Pilates Instructor with over 10 years experience in teaching Pilates and many other varied exercise disciplines.

All of her Pilates classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Each student is given individual tuition through out the class and, with the student's permission, a gentle, non-invasive hands on approach for correction is given to ensure all students perform with safe, effective and correct technique.

Emma has many students referred to her by Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Physiotherapists for ongoing treatment because of her outstanding care and attention to the student's needs.

Emma runs Pilates classes at various times and venues in the Melton Mowbray area and surrounding villages.

Pilates Classes

Emma is a YMCA Level 3 Pilates Instructor, Advanced Instructor, and Personal Trainer. All her classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and each student receives individual tuition. Different levels are offered on all exercises so the student can exercise to a level that suits them best.
