Would fail OFSTED inspection as it is impossible to get through on the phone. Attempting to contact Adult Services but have been stuck on numerous occassions in excess of 40 minutes each time ! Really unacceptable. I was calling on behalf of a vulnerable adult and did not have my call answered by a operator. There is no facility to leave a message. Very disappointing and this Service has failed at the point of (No) entry !
