On Ringwood Road today adjacent ASDA roundabout in Totton looking at the railings opposite Anchor House to fit coronation flags and bunting for up coming event. Conversed with one of your highways inspectors, Kim Gibson, checking a pot hole at the location. I would like to report as a Town Councillor, how well she responded to the ongoing drainage / flooding issues I have been trying to resolve on this section over a couple of years now. Her customer relations abilities are a credit to your team. She handled my concerns, whilst still trying to complete her own site check, extremely well. A very good ambassador for your team.
