Don't use this company

£697 refund " STILL " required, incorrect parts supplied, extremely evasive and unhelpful call handlers, even suggested that I may be an unscrupulous buyer. IT WAS INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED PARTS. Legal advise taken. Will update. UPDATE after an almost countless amount of emails and phone calls, they agreed to send a courier to collect, my partner took the day off work, the courier never arrived as it had never been booked, The response from the company is that they were sorry I was having issues and they could send a drop off label, which I agreed too, apparently now the person who deals with them won't be back till some point next week and I'll need to phone and check but it should be ok. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. If you are unfortunate enough to have used them, make sure you screenshot all correspondence and use pay pal so at least you may have a slim chance of recovering your money for what will inevitably be the wrong part and extreme reluctance to refund you or take responsibi
