Absolutely awful.

Paid money upfront for a new cooker to be fitted gas engineer called Derek attended explained that units needed to be taken down in order for cooker to be fitted. Assured me he would attend the next day which he didn't. Called at dinner time for an update. He explained he was in the pub and didn't give a fuck about my shitty cooker and that it wasn't worth the money he was so nasty. I have 2 disabled children at home and no working cooker ill be raising a complaint to try have his gas card revoked. It has all left me very upset and out of. Pocket
