I rang and asked for a quote. They failed to turn up. I rang again and they re-arranged. They didn't turn up. I rang again and spoke to a different person who was very apologetic and re-arranged again. They still did not turn up. They didn't even send me a message to tell me they weren't coming. So I have wasted 3 evenings waiting in for a plasterer who doesn't seem to want my business.
