Natural Movement Coach - Personal Training and Group Classes
Based in several London locations, I offer classes and 1-to-1 training. You can join a group class and get moving with our friendly bunch or if you prefer my full attention when starting out, a private 1-to-1 or small group session is perfect.
My coaching covers a wide range of natural movement disciplines and influences infused with my own personal beliefs in movement, giving my students what they need to improve their movement quality and achieve their goals. Indoor and outdoor training with a high emphasis on movement quality over quantity - don't worry, you still get the intensity needed for a "good workout", trust me! No two classes are ever the same, but there are constants throughout.
