Tristan is a clinical hypnotist based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. He offers hypnotherapy to clients on a one to one basis as well as in groups, helping clients realise the changes needed in their life helping removing limited behaviour which is no longer beneficial and freeing them from old, counterproductive habits.
Using a hypnotherapy style that is outcome orientated, rather than looking over the past ,Tristan focuses on where you are now and what goals you want to achieve from your session.

Wish I'd tried hypnosis sooner

Hypnosis gastric band
Had my Hypnotherapy gastric band fitted 5 days ago. Straight away I found that I was fuller quicker and enjoyed my food better. I also look at food differently, I have lost 7lbs with ease. Thanks Tristan Its been a fantastic experience
