I have just been to my local store Walton Utting Ave, I went to customer service and stood by the counter as the lady was busy, she stopped as someone went to the window and served her, a man came behind her and she had looked at me twice but ignored me. I got annoyed as I had waited approx 5 minutes, I did complain and apparently standing at the counter doesn't count with this lady you have to stand right in front or she won't serve you. I have been to the same spot before and never had a problem, she definitely should not wear "happy to help" as she clearly is not. I walked away and she carried on shouting, I carried on out of the store. That is my local store and is handy because I have health problems but I won't be going to Asda Walton again. You can't even phone the elusive manager
