Coin and medal auctioneers - formerly numismatic advisers to Sotheby's. Valuations regularly carried out for Sotheby's, including overseas and house sales; auctions held in the Sotheby's galleries; 7 years.

Collections sold include the Huntington collections of Spanish Colonial and Portuguese coins.

Spink & Sons
Coin and medal auctioneers, dealers and publishers, numismatic advisers to Christie's; 12 years.

Positions held: Associate Director, Joint Head of Auction Department. Auctions held in the Christie's galleries in London, Rome and Milan, later in the new Spink galleries, and in Hong Kong. Valuations regularly carried out for Christie's, including overseas at Christie's offices.
