Poor service and unprofessional

Extremely poor service and poor groom for my Persian cat. He came home from the salon extremely greasy with lots of product clogged in his hair, when I tried to get a comb through it, his fur was clumped together and filled with white product residue, he also came back with a very untidy groom of his underbelly. After messaging the groomer expressing my dissatisfaction, she admitted that there must be something wrong with the product she used. She offered to bathe him again, however, I didn’t want to put him through it and I don’t have time to take him back as I am a secondary school teacher. I asked for a refund as I have now had to re-bathe him myself and book him in for another groom by a mobile specialised cat groomer and she has blocked me! Extremely unprofessional and very disappointing, would not recommend! Such a waste of £45.
